180° Hydraulic Overturning Machine
Features
- Main machine composed of 90˚ overturning arm, base frame, moving wheel group, moving motor gearbox and rail.
- Gear motor drives 2 groups of overturning fame to move simultaneously, moving workpiece to the side of roller conveyor, and finally the oil cylinder pushes the arm to turn workpiece 180˚, and then move to roller conveyor to be conveyed.
- Cable oil pipe adopts drag link packing.

Features
- Belongs to oil cylinder down press type straightening machine, it has similar straightening capacity as YJZ-60B, but straightening range is wider than YJZ-60B (flange plate can be 1,000 mm).
- Two upper press cylinders can do straightening separately to straighten asymmetry deformation.
- Do not require elevating roller conveyer and universal joint.
